Heard Mr. Anil Bansode, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Ms. Megha S. Bajoria, learned APP for Respondent-State. 2.

Mr. Anil Bansode, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that by inadvertence, the complainant/informant who was heard before the learned Sessions Court in Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No. 193 of 2025 remained to be added as a party Respondent. He seeks leave to add the complainant/informant as a Talwalkar

Ms. Bajoria, learned APP submits that the presence of the complainant/informant is necessary in the present proceedings. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, leave granted to add the complainant/informant as respondent No. 2. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Upon amendment being carried out, issue notice to the newly added Respondent No. 2.

Mr. Bansode, learned Advocate for Applicant assures this Court that steps would be taken to serve the Respondent No. 2 on or before the next date. He expresses urgency, on the ground that the Applicant is 79 years of age.
