The learned APP submits that the applicant was a doctor in K.E.M. Hospital, Mumbai, and has been suspended from his services from 15/4/2025.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the arguing counsel is in some personal difficulty, hence, the matter cannot be argued today. He further submits that one mobile phone of the applicant has already been handed over to the IO. As regards the second mobile phone which is used by the wife of the applicant, the

Diksha Rane 51 ABA 1163-2025.doc applicant made efforts to deliver the said mobile phone to the IO. However, the IO did not accept the same. He further submits that he will deliver the said phone to the IO tomorrow morning at 11.00 a.m. 3.

The applicant is permitted to deliver the mobile phone Samsung Galaxy S23 to the IO tomorrow morning, at 11.00 a.m. along with the password of the said mobile phone and the password of the applications stored in the said mobile phone. 4.
