Notice to indicate that the matter was called today and fixed for hearing on 28th May, 2025, as no one appeared on behalf of the Respondent No. 2. Learned Advocate for the Applicant to file affidavit of service on or before 28th May, 2025. 6.

It is made clear that in the event no one appears for Respondent No. 2 on the returnable date, the Application will be heard and decided on its own merits.
