DATE : 28th APRIL, 2025 P.C. :- Mr.Sarmalkar, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that on the earlier occasion in the pre-arrest bail application filed by the present applicant, an order was passed thereby disposing of the application since the FIR was not lodged as of that date. Mr.Sarmalkar further submits that even today FIR has not been lodged but the Investigating Officer is constantly calling upon the present applicant. He submits that prior 72 hours notice is given to the present applicant and if the Investigating Officer is of the view that he requires the custody of the present applicant. 2.
