The learned APP submits that the names of the present applicants are not mentioned in any FIR. There was a complaint against the present applicants lodged by one Mr. Gangasagar Vankhede. He submits that the said complaint has been withdrawn. Therefore, there is no question of arresting the present applicants or to attend the police station for the purpose of inquiry.

Mr. Sarmalkar, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the father of the applicant no.1 has lodged a complaint under section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act against Mr. Gangasagar Vankhede (proprietor of Akshay Plumbing).
