The case of the applicant is that though the FIR seems to be filed against the present applicant in Chattisgarh as the applicant has received a notice under Section 35(3) of the BNSS Act, the applicant was not able to attend the concerned police station as he apprehends the arrest. However, the police from Chattisgarh had been to Mumbai to visit the house of the present applicant when they have taken over the mobile phone of the present applicant.

The applicant wishes to attend the office of the concerned police station but he apprehends his arrest. He seeks protection for two weeks.

As per the notice issued under Section 35(3), the offence
Diksha Rane 937 ABA 1182-025.doc involved in the present crime are under Section 318(4), 3(5) of the BNS Act and Section 66(D) of the IT Act.

In view of the same, for a period of two weeks, there will be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b). The prayer clause (b) reads as under :- b.
In the event of arrest in Crime No.14 of 2024 registered at Range Cyber Bilaspur Police Station at Dist : Bilaspur State; Chattisgarh U/s 318(4), 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 and U/s 66(D) Information Technology Act 2002. against present Applicant thereby above-named Applicant be released on ad-interim Anticipatory bail as this Hon'ble Court deemed fit.

The anticipatory bail application is disposed of accordingly. 6.
