Mr. Patil, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that the Applicant is ready to pay the balance amount of Rs.9,01,000/- to Arvind Jadhav Rathod - first informant within two weeks from today. The first informant is present-in-person and ready to accept the said amount. The first informant is identified by PSI, Mr. Suryawanshi. After deliberation, Mr. Patil the learned Advocate telephonically contacted with the Applicant. Thereafter, the Applicant transferred Rs.99,000/- by net banking in the bank account of the first informant, who confirmed that fact. Further, Mr. Patil the learned Advocate, on instructions, states that the Applicant will pay Rs.4,01,000/- on or before 30th May, 2025 and balance amount of Rs.4,00,000/- on or before 06th June 2025, to the first informant. The first informant is ready for the same.

Manoj 6-ABA-1220-2025.doc 2) Further, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions, states that the Applicant will attend before the Investigating Officer, PSIMr. Suryawanshi, at Manpada Police Station on 26th May 2025, 29th May 2025, 2nd June 2025 and 5th June, 2025 respectively between 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. as suggested by the Investigating Officer. 3) In view thereof, no coercive steps shall be taken against the Applicant till 10th June, 2025.
4) Stand over to 10th June, 2025.
