Issue notice to the newly added respondent no.2, returnable on 8th May, 2025.

Apart from the court notice, the applicant is also permitted to serve the respondent no.2 by private service, by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the next date of the hearing.

The learned A.P.P. to serve the respondent no.2 through the Investigating Officer.

The interim protection granted by the Sessions Court which according to the learned counsel for the applicant is continued till today by order dated 24th April, 2025, to continue till the next date of the hearing.
