DATE : 30th APRIL, 2025 P.C. :- Mr. Shaikh, the learned counsel for the applicants seeks liberty to add the first informant as party respondent no.2. Liberty as prayed is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2.

Issue notice to the newly added respondent no.2, returnable on 8th May, 2025.

Apart from the court notice, the applicant is also permitted to serve the respondent no.2 by private service, by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the next date of the hearing.

The learned A.P.P. to serve the respondent no.2 through the Investigating Officer.

Interim protection granted by the Sessions Court is extended till the next date of the hearing.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant no.2 who is the son of the applicant no.1, has been selected by the Haj Committee to visit the Holy place at Makka Madina. Therefore, he will be travelling to Haj on 4th May, 2025 and will return back on 17th June, 2025.
