Ms.Shinde, learned APP for the Respondent-State, at the outset, on instructions, stated that, the cottage of the Applicant stated in the cause title of the Application, has been demolished. However, the Applicant has not informed this fact nor mentioned about his present address in the Application.
2) In view thereof, learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks leave to amend the Application to state the correct address of the Applicant.
3) Leave to amend is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
4) Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 30th May H.C. SHIV

5) Ms.Shinde, learned APP waives service on behalf of the Respondent-State.
6) Let the Investigating Officer to file brief report/reply including verification as to the correctness or otherwise of the said address of the Applicant.
