904-ABA-1156-2025.doc ABA/1156/2025 and learned counsel for the applicants in ABA/1244/2025 submit that the applicants have been exonerated in inquiry held under Section 88 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. The learned Sessions Court has granted bail to co-accused. Hence, leave be given to the applicants to approach the Sessions Court and seeks leave to withdraw these applications.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for both the applicants. The applications are allowed to withdraw with the afore said liberty.
