The learned counsel for the applicant submits that this is a transit bail application as the First Information Report being lodged in Sahjanwa Police Station, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. He submits that the dispute is regarding goods sold and delivered. 2.

Issue notice to the respondent no.2, returnable on 10/6/2025. Apart from the Court notice, advocate for the applicant is permitted to serve the respondent no.2 by advocate's private notice by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service to that effect before the next date of the hearing. The learned APP waives service on behalf of the State.

In the meanwhile, till the next date of hearing, no coercive action be taken against the present applicant. 4.
