The learned APP submits that the offence is registered under Sections 85 and 89 of the BNS Act.

The learned counsel Mr. Shaikh seeks liberty to add the informant as party respondent no.2 and also to amend the cause title of the anticipatory bail application.

Liberty as prayed for granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. If the amendment is not carried, the anticipatory bail application stands dismissed without reference to this Court. The learned APP to serve the amended copy of the anticipatory bail
