Issue notice to the respondent no.2, returnable on 3/7/2025. Apart from the Court notice, advocate for the applicant is permitted to serve the respondent no.2 by advocate's private notice by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service to that effect before the next date of the hearing.

In the meanwhile, the applicant has tendered the demand draft of Rs.15 lakhs in the name of the complainant. The said demand draft is accepted by the complainant without prejudice to his rights and contentions.
