The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the investigation has been concluded and the charge sheet was filed on 16 April 2024. Prior to the filing of the charge sheet, the applicant had been granted anticipatory bail on 12 January 2024. Subsequently, the application seeking cancellation of the said bail was moved on 25 November 2024, which was allowed by the Sessions Court on 24 March 2025 by the impugned order. Chitra Sonawane. 15-aba-1269-25.doc the MPID was within the knowledge of the prosecution and was specifically brought to the attention of the Sessions Court by filing say dated 23 November 2023 before allowing the anticipatory bail application. 3.

The learned Counsel for the respondent No.2 and the learned APP seeks time to take instructions.
