The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that due to oversight the name of the present applicant is mentioned in the FIR. The pre-arrest bail application of the applicant is pending before the Sessions Court. There was ad-interim protection granted. He submits that the department of the applicant has already withdrawn the allegations made against the present applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant points out page 44 which is a letter written by the employer of the present applicant. In paragraph 2 it is stated that the name of the present applicant was mentioned due to oversight, therefore, they are withdrawing the allegations made against the present applicant.
