The learned APP submits that, in the present FIR, Section 75(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 has been implicated. Therefore, the victim lady needs to be added as party respondent no.2. 2.
The applicant is directed to add the victim lady as party respondent no. 2 in the present proceedings. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. If the amendment is not carried out forthwith, the anticipatory bail application will stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.

Issue notice to respondent no. 2 returnable on 10 June 2025.
