The learned APP submits that, in the present FIR, Section 75 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 have been implicated. Therefore, the victim lady needs to be added as party respondent no.2.

The applicant is directed to add the victim lady as party respondent no. 2 in the present proceedings. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. If the amendment is not carried out forthwith, the anticipatory bail application will stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
