Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the Applicant submits that there is a video clip which shows that the allegations as made in the FIR are false. He submits that though there are two antecedents one under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and another under Section 326 of the Indian Penal Code, the allegations made against the present applicant in the present crime are not true.

The learned APP submits that the investigating officer is not present today. He submits that he needs to take instructions from the investigating officer therefore, short accommodation may be granted.
