DATE : 7th MAY, 2025 P.C. :- This application is filed for pre-arrest bail under in connection with Crime No. 159/2025 dated 21st March, 2025 registered with Valsang Police Station, Solapur Rural for the offence punishable under Section 105 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.

The case of the prosecution is that the present applicant though had knowledge that the victim had no work experience as a wireman, employed him to work with him as a helper for the work carried out at MSEDCL. Unfortunately, the deceased lost his life by working with the

Mr.Thobde, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to add the first informant as a party respondent no.2. Liberty as prayed is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 4.

Issue notice to the newly added respondent no.2, returnable on 11th June, 2025.

The learned A.P.P. to serve the respondent no.2 through the Investigating Officer.
