DATE : 7th MAY, 2025 P.C. :- The learned A.P.P. points out that pre-arrest bail application has been filed before the Sessions Court and the same is being argued and the next date of the proceedings is on 14th May, 2025. He submits that therefore the present pre-arrest bail application should not be entertained.

Mr. Kulkarni, the learned counsel for the applicants submits that the interim protection is not granted to the applicants by the Court of Sessions. Therefore, the present anticipatory bail application has been filed.

I have heard both the sides and I have considered that the prearrest bail application filed before the Sessions Court is now fixed on 14th May, 2025. The Sessions Court is directed to hear the parties on the next date of the hearing i.e. on 14th May, 2025 and decide the same on merits. This Court has not decided the present application on merits.

The above anticipatory bail application is disposed of with above observations.
