The learned counsel for the applicant submits that while the matter was pending before the Sessions Court, on 30/12/2024, the protection was granted to the applicant. She submits that after the matter was heard, in the first week of January 2025, the matter was closed for passing order. Ultimately, the order was passed on 23/4/2025 thereby rejecting the pre-arrest bail application. 2.
