The learned APP submits that a copy of the anticipatory bail application has just been served. He further submits that the successive pre-arrest bail application was rejected by the Sessions Court on 21 April 2025. He submits that the matter can be taken up in the first week after reopening.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks liberty to amend the Anticipatory Bail Application and add the first Informant as a party Respondent No.2. Liberty is granted, as prayed for. 3.

Amendment to be carried out forthwith. It is made clear that if the amendment is not carried out, the present anticipatory bail application will stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. 4.

The learned APP is directed to serve a copy of the Anticipatory Bail Application to newly added Respondent No.2 through the investigating officer.

Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 09 June 2025 under the caption "For Urgent Circulation".

Apart from court notice, applicant is permitted to serve the respondent by advocate's private notice, by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the next date of the hearing. 7.

It is clarified that no interim protection has been granted by this Court. The earlier order, which did not grant protection to the present applicant, was passed in August 2024. Therefore, from August 2024 until the present date, no protection has been granted to the applicant by this Court.
