DATE : 8th MAY, 2025 P.C. :- The learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to add the first informant as party respondent no.2. Liberty as prayed is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Issue notice to the newly added respondent no.2, returnable on 10th June, 2025.

The learned A.P.P. to serve the respondent no.2 through the Investigating Officer.

Apart from the court notice, the applicant is also permitted to serve the respondent no.2 by private service, by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the next date of the

The learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the applicant is ready to deposit a sum of Rs. 2 Lakhs in this Court within a period of two weeks. Since the applicant is desirous to deposit a sum of Rs. 2 Lakhs in this Court without prejudice to the rights and contentions, he is permitted to do so.

Subject to the applicant depositing the said sum of Rs.2 Lakhs in this Court within a period of two weeks from today, no coercive steps be taken against the present applicant till the next date of the hearing. [RAJESH S. PATIL, J.]
