The applicant is the owner of the vehicle in which the contraband articles - Pan Masala, Jafrani Jarda, Gutka and tobacco were found. The value of the same is Rs.94,16,000/-. Three of the accused have been granted regular bail.

It is clarified that there is no interim relief granted in the present anticipatory bail application.
