Mr.Singh, the learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant without admitting his guilt, is ready to deposit a sum of Rs.10 Lakhs in this Court by tomorrow, and the balance amount of Rs.35 Lakhs will be deposited before 9th June, 2025 and he will file undertaking to that effect. The applicant is permitted to deposit a sum of Rs.10 Lakhs in this Court by tomorrow, without admitting the guilt.
