DATE : 9th MAY, 2025 P.C. :- Mr. Mishra, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the demand draft of Rs. 10 Lakhs which is to be deposited with the Registry of this Court will be done during the course of the day. As far as the balance amount of Rs.35 Lakhs is concerned, an undertaking to that effect could not be filed today since the applicant is in Ahmedabad. Mr.Mishra requests that the matter be kept on 13th May, 2025 under the caption of 'Directions'.

By consent of learned counsel for both the parties, stand over to

In the meanwhile, no coercive steps be taken against the present applicant till the next date of the hearing.
