At the very outset, Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant would draw the attention of this Court to the earlier orders dated 9 May 2025 and 8 May 2025. In this regard, he would submit that as directed by this Court in the order dated 8 May 2025, specifically in Paragraph no. 4 thereof, he has furnished an affidavit cum undertaking dated 13 May 2025. Such affidavit cum undertaking of the applicant is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In this backdrop, I have also heard learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 and learned APP for the State. The contents of the undertaking are not disputed by the parties. They would agree that such Mayur

8-ABA-1321-2025.doc undertaking is as per the directions contained in the order dated 8 May 2025. The undertaking is signed by the applicant and the Advocate for the applicant. Their signatures are not in dispute. 3.

Mr. Sonavane, learned APP would submit that the applicant be directed to cooperate with the investigation. The learned counsel for the applicant would fairly submit and assure the Court that the applicant shall fully cooperate with the investigation. In this regard he is directed to remain present before the Dongri Police Station on every Monday at 11:30 a.m. This would be subject to the further orders passed by the Court in this regard. The applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of this Court without prior permission, subject to further orders of the Court in this regard.

Ad-interim order, if any, passed earlier shall continue to operate till the next date of hearing.

List the proceedings for further consideration before the regular Court on 10 June 2025.
