Ms. Prajakta P. Shinde, learned APP on instructions from the Investigation Officer, Mr. Nitin D. Sawant (PSI), Bangur

Nagar Police Station, Mumbai, who is present in Court, states that notice under Section 35(3) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short "BNSS") was issued to the Applicant. She, again on instructions from the the Investigation Officer states that in the event the Applicant appears before the Investigation Officer for interrogation, then this matter can be kept post vacation.

Mr. Vikas Shivarkar, learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions from the Applicant states that the Applicant would remain present before the Investigation Officer, Bangur Nagar Police Station, Mumbai, as and when required by the said Investigation Officer, Bangur Nagar Police Station, Mumbai.

In view of the statements made above, Applicant to report/appear before the Investigation Officer, Bangur Police Station, Mumbai on 04.06.2025 from 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and thereafter, as and when required by the Investigation Officer, Bangur Nagar Police Station, Mumbai.
