Heard Mr. Tanveer Patel, learned Advocate for the Applicant, Mr. Vaibhav Parab, learned Advocate for the First Informant and Mr. Avinash Salgaonkar, learned APP for the Respondent-State.

Mr. Tanveer Patel, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that by inadvertence, the Complainant/Informant, who KARTIKEYA

25-ABA-1348-2025.odt was heard before the learned Sessions Court in Criminal Bail Application No.248 of 2025 remained to be joined as party to the present Application. He, therefore, craves leave to add the First Informant as Respondent No.2 in the present proceedings.

Mr. Salgonkar, learned APP for the Respondent, states that the presence of the Complainant/Informant, who was heard before the learned Sessions Court is necessary in the present proceedings.

In view of the above, leave granted to the Applicant to add the Complainant/Informant as Respondent No.2 in the present Anticipatory Bail Application. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Mr. Vaibhav Parab, learned Advocate for the First Informant states that he has instructions on behalf of the Complainant/Informant to put in appearance.
