The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was protected by an interim order during the pendency of his anticipatory bail application before the Sessions Court. The learned Counsel further submits that dispute is of a civil nature, arising out of business transactions between two commercial entities. The applicant is neither an employee nor an agent of the informant; rather he is the proprietor of Jyoti Enterprises and, is engaged in the wholesale Steel trade. Mr Vaibhav Parab, the learned Counsel appears on behalf of respondent No.2 and seeks time to file reply affidavit. The same shall be filed within one week from today with an advance copy to be served on the other side.
