1) Applicant is ready to refund the fraud amount of Rs.8,36,220/-, but the said amount is lying in the bank account of one Mr. Yogesh Vitthal Jagtap, which has been frozen in connection to this crime. 2) Ms. Shinde, learned A.P.P., on instructions from Mr. K.B. Pawar, Police Sub-Inspector, states that the Investigating Officer would intimate the bank concerned to de-freeze the said account to allow the Applicant/Account Holder to transfer the aforesaid amount to the bank account of the informant. Mr. Pawar, P.S.I. states that the aforesaid amount belongs to the informant and said Yogesh Jagtap is not accused in this crime.

3) in view thereof, the aforesaid transaction be done on or before Rajesh Chittewan, PS 1/2

7. ABA 1368-2025.doc the next date, i.e. 29 May 2025. Till then, the Applicant shall not be arrested in the aforesaid crime, provided the Applicant attends before the Investigating Officer at Lasalgaon Police Station between 10.00 a.m. to 02.00 p.m. every day till the next date.
