After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief, learned counsel for the Applicant on instructions, prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application. 2.

Permission is granted. The Application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of accordingly. Nikita

Upon a query being posed to the learned Advocate for the Applicant, with regard to the maintainability of the present Anticipatory Bail Application, in view of the order dated 10.01.2024 passed by this Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No.3444 of 2023 (Exhibit-P, page No.142), which was filed subsequent to the disposal of the Anticipatory Bail Application No.6302 of 2023 by the Additional Sessions Judge Pune, learned Advocate Mr. Ravindra Pachundkar seeks time till tomorrow to take instructions from the Applicant. 4.
