Exhibit-P, page No.142 of the paper book is the order dated 10.01.2024 passed by this Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No.3444 of 2023. The said order reads as follows: "1.
After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief, learned counsel for the Applicant on instructions, prays for Gitalaxmi

Permission is granted. The Application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of accordingly.

Alongwith main Application, the Interim Application also disposed of."

Upon a query being posed to the learned Advocate for the Applicant, with regard to the maintainability of the present Anticipatory Bail Application, in view of the order dated 10.01.2024 passed by this Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No.3444 of 2023 (Exhibit-P, page No.142), which was filed subsequent to the disposal of the Anticipatory Bail Application No.6302 of 2023 by the Additional Sessions Judge Pune, learned Advocate Mr. Ravindra Pachundkar seeks time till tomorrow to take instructions from the Applicant. 4.
At the request of learned Advocate Mr. Ravindra Pachundkar, list the matter on 3rd June 2025." 3.
Today Mr. Ravindra Pachundkar, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that he has instructions from the Applicant to unconditionally withdraw the present Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1371 of 2025.

Leave granted to withdraw.

In view of the above, Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1371 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
