These applications are filed on the premise that the applicants apprehend arrest. The parties agree that the order would be common in both the applications.

The learned counsel for the applicant today pressed for limited relief, mainly seeking protection from arrest until 23 May 2025, when the pending proceedings are listed before the Sessions Court, Belapur. 3.
The learned APP would submit that in Anticipatory Bail Mayur
10-12-ABA-1369-1376-2025.doc Application No. 441 of 2025, arising out of C.R No. 208 of 2025, there are six accused persons, and the present applicant is accused no. 1. In Anticipatory Bail Application No. 442 of 2025, pertaining to C.R No. 210 of 2025, there are three accused persons, with the present applicant also being accused no. 1.

The learned APP appearing in both these applications would oppose any such prayer. They would submit that it is pertinent to note that the application was filed on 5 May 2025 before the Session Court, Belapur. The proceedings were listed on 8 May 2025, on which date the say of the prosecution was called for. The matter was then adjourned to 23 May 2025, which is the present returnable date. 5.
In the interest of justice, the applicant is at liberty to move an appropriate application before the Session Court, where both applications are pending, on 19 May 2025 seeking an expedited hearing in view of the urgency. If such application is moved before the Session Court on the 19 May 2025, the learned Session Judge shall consider the urgency and decide the same in accordance with law.
