On 23rd May 2025, this Court had made the following order :- ".

Applicant shall attend before the P.I.-Mr. Phanse at Agripada Police Station till Friday i.e. 30th May 2025, between 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.

2) Meanwhile, no coercive steps shall be taken against the Applicants till 3rd June 2025.

3) Stand over to 3rd June 2025."

The Investigating Officer, Mr. Sandip Phanse, PI, Agripada Police Station, Mumbai is present in the Court today. He instructs the learned APPs for the State/Respondent to state that though the Applicants had appeared, however there was no co-operation on their parts in the investigation. The learned APPs therefore state that the order dated 23rd May 2025 is not complied by the Applicants.

Mr. Saurabh Ghag, learned Advocate for the Applicants is having difficulty in arguing the matter through Video Conference, he is said to be abroad.
