By this application filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS"), the Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No.138 of 2024 registered with Bundgarden Police Station, Pune City, for the offences punishable under Sections 471, 469, 468, 467, 420 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ("BNS").

Mr. Jha, learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has already been protected by detailed Order dated 16th Dusane

607 ABA 1384.25.DOC May 2025. He further submits that the Charge-sheet is already filed on 28th July 2025 and there are no antecedents against the Applicant.

Ms. Yadav, learned APP strongly opposes the Application. However confirms that the Charge-sheet is already filed and there are no other antecedents.

Accordingly, Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of in terms of the Order dated 16th May 2025.
