Heard Mr. Ravindra Adsure, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and Mr. Kaushik Mhatre, learned Special Public Prosecutor.

The learned APP who has appeared earlier on 21st May 2025 took time for filing reply. In fact, learned Single Judge (CORAM :SHYAM C. CHANDAK, J.) in order dated 21st May 2025 in Paragraph No.6 recorded the aspects which needs clarification in the reply.

Till date, the State of Maharashtra has not filed reply. Therefore, as the reply is not filed by the State of Maharashtra, the Anticipatory Bail Application cannot be disposed of. 4.

At the request of Mr. Kaushik Mhatre, learned Special Public Prosecutor, as a last chance, stand over to 20th November 2025. 5.

It is clarified that, if within one week Affidavit-in-Reply is not filed then the Anticipatory Bail Application will be heard in absence of the reply.

6.

Ad-interim protection granted earlier, shall remain in operation till next date.
