As none has appeared for the Applicant on several dates, in the interest of justice, this Court by Order dated 22nd January 2026 appointed Mr. Siddheshwar Galande, learned Counsel of this Court to represent the interest of the Applicant.

After the matter was completely argued and when the Court has almost completed passing of the Order, Mr. Bhutada, learned Counsel for the Applicant appears in the matter and states that he has instructions to withdraw the Anticipatory Bail Application, as the Applicant has been arrested and released on regular bail. 3.

Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.
