Heard Mr. Pandey, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He states that the complainant has been served pursuant to the Order dated 20th May, 2025.

Mr. Mohan Sawant, Respondent No. 2 is present in the court and states that he has received notice in the above said matter. He states that he is unable to engage services of a private advocate. He therefore, prays that an Advocate be provided to represent the Applicant from the panel of the Advocates under the Legal Aid.

Being vacation and as no Legal Aid Panel Advocate is available in court, request is made to Advocate Harshwardhan Pawar to assist the Court Talwalkar

10.ABA1411.2025.doc in the present matter. Respondent No. 2 who is present in the court, has no objection for appointment of Advocate Mr. Harshwardhan Pawar. He assures to handover all the papers to Mr. Harshwardhan Pawar and to cooperate with Mr. Pawar. In addition, learned Advocate Mr. Pandey states that he would submit all the case papers to Advocate Mr. Harshwardhan Pawar.
