Heard Mr. Sameer P. Nangare, learned Advocate for the Applicant, Mr. Rupesh Lanjekar, learned Advocate for the Complainant and Mr. Sameer M. Mangaonkar, learned APP for Respondent-State. Respondent No.2-Complainant is present in Court.

On 22.05.2025, this Court had passed the following order:

Mr. Wakhare, learned Advocate for the Applicants, at the outset, seeks leave to amend the Application to add original informant as party Respondent No.2. Leave to amendment is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

2) Mr.Lanjekar, learned Advocate states that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the Original informant-Respondent No.2.

3) Mr.Gawai, learned APP and Mr. Lanjekar, learned Advocate waive service on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2, respectively.

4) Mr.Nangare, learned Advocate for the Applicants and Mr.Lanjekar, learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 state that they are trying for an amicable settlement in matter.

5) Stand over to 27th May 2025."

Learned APP on instructions of Shri. Sopan Bhagwat Wadkar (PSI Pairavi) attached to Sakinaka Police Station states that the Investigation Officer does not require the Applicant for custodial investigation in C.R. No. 321 of 2025. Statement accepted.

In view of the statement made by learned APP that the presence of the Applicant is not necessary for custodial

interrogation, the Applicant does not press for the present Application. Learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Anticipatory Bail Application.

In view of the above, the Anticipatory Bail Application No.1416 of 2025 is disposed off as withdrawn. [ ASHWIN D. BHOBE, J. ]
