Mr. Rajendra Rathod, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that the Complainant was heard before the learned Sessions Court Anticipatory Bail Application No.611 of 2025. He states that by inadvertence, the Complainant remained to be joined in the present Application. He craves leave to add the Complainant as Respondent No.2 in the present proceeding.

Learned APP appearing for Respondent No.1 has no objection for joinder of the Complainant as Respondent No.2 to the present Application.
