Hamdast allowed. 4) The Applicant apprehending his arrest in C.R.No.252 of 2024, registered with Kashigaon police station under Section 85, 316(2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, filed the present Application for anticipatory bail.

5) Learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that Respondent No.2 filed the said FIR on account of domestic dispute. The Applicant was granted interim anticipatory bail from 15/01/2025 till 20/05/2025, when his anticipatory bail was rejected by the Sessions Court . The Applicant has not misused the said bail liberty. 6) In view thereof, the Applicant is granted interim protection in terms of prayer clause (a) till the returnable date i.e. 9th June 2025.
