This is an application for Anticipatory Bail. 2.

The applicant is apprehending his arrest in Crime No. 252 of 2024 registered at Kashigaon Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 85, 316(2) & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, which arises out of matrimonial dispute.

The learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the parties have amicably settled their dispute and tendered the consent terms to that effect. The consent terms are taken on Pramod S.Lakare 1/2

912-aba-1424-2025.doc record and marked as "X" for the purpose of identification. The statements made in the consent terms are accepted as undertaking to this Court.

In view of settlement between the parties, I am inclined to release the applicant on anticipatory bail. In the result, the following order is passed :

O R D E R

a) The Application is allowed.

b) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with Crime No. 252 of 2024 registered at Kashigaon Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 85, 316(2) & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

c) The application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
