This is an application for Anticipatory Bail. 3.

The applicant is apprehending his arrest in Crime No. 179 of 2025 registered at Nirmal Nagar Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 420, 471, 468 & 465 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

It is the case of prosecution that the applicant along with associates has created false and forged documents related to Mazgaon Konkani Co-operative Housing Society Limited. It is Pramod S.Lakare 1/2

47aba-1425-2025.doc alleged that the applicant forged a letter dated 20.10.1996, which was used for society's redevelopment under the Slum Redevelopment Authority (SRA). It is alleged that the applicant included names of fake members and forged signature of the secretary and submitted the said documents to SRA. 5.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The learned counsel for the first informant submits that the applicant is involved in two more crimes of similar nature. 7.

The fact that the applicant is involved in two more crimes is not disputed. The applicant has suppressed the said fact and on the contrary he has stated in para 5(ff) of the application that he has no criminal antecedents. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present application. The Application is rejected.
