Heard Mr. Niranjan Mundargi instructed by Ms. Keral Mehta and Mr. Arun Mehta, learned Advocates for the Applicants and Mr. Sameer M. Mangaonkar, learned APP for the Respondent-State.

Subject of the present Application pertains to matrimonial discord. FIR has been registered at the instance of
the fiance of the Applicant as stated by Mr. Mundargi. He seeks leave to join the Complainant as a party to the present proceeding.

Learned APP had also raised an objection to the nonjoinder of the Complainant as a party to the present proceeding.

In view of the submissions of Mr. Mundargi, learned Advocate for the Applicant and the objection as raised by learned APP, leave granted to join the Complainant as Respondent No.2 in the present proceeding. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Upon amendment, Issue notice to Respondent No.2. Applicant to take step to pay the process fees and furnish the paper-book so as to effect the service on the newly added Respondent No.2.

In addition to regular mode of service, Applicant is permitted to serve the private notice on the Respondent No.2 indicating filing of the present Application and the next date fixed in this Application. Applicant to file an affidavit of
service on or before the returnable date.
