Heard Ms. Keral Mehta along with Mr. Arun Mehta, learned Advocate for the Applicants and Mr. Sameer M. Mangaonkar, learned APP for the Respondent-State. 2.

Subject of the present Application pertains to matrimonial discord. Ms. Keral Mehta seeks leave to join the Complainant as a party to the present proceeding. 3.

Learned APP had also raised an objection to the nonjoinder of the Complainant as a party to the present KARTIKEYA

In view of the submissions of Ms. Keral Mehta, learned Advocate for the Applicants and the objection as raised by learned APP, leave granted to join the Complainant as Respondent No.2 in the present proceeding. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Upon amendment, Issue notice to Respondent No.2. Applicants to take step to pay the process fees and furnish the paper-book so as to effect the service on the newly added Respondent No.2.

In addition to regular mode of service, Applicant is permitted to serve the private notice on the Respondent No.2 indicating filing of the present Application and the next date fixed in this Application. Applicant to file an affidavit of service on or before the returnable date.
