The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant and the informant have amicably resolved their differences and settled the dispute between them. He further submits that, in light of this settlement, a petition seeking the quashing of the FIR has already been filed and is presently pending consideration before the Division Bench of this Court. 2.

Today, when the matter is called out, none present for respondent No.2. By consent, stand over to 14 August 2025.
