The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that, in order MAMTA AMAR KALE MAMTA AMAR KALE Date: 2025.06.26 19:05:44 +0530 to demonstrate his bonafides, the applicant is ready and willing to return a sum of Rs.12 Lakhs, along with the bank interest accrued thereon, to the first informant within a period of four weeks from today.

The learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer present in the Court, informs that, except for the recovery of the alleged amount, investigation stands concluded. 3.

There shall not be any coercive action against the applicant in the present crime till the next date.
