Ms. Megha Bajoria, learned APP for the RespondentState has raised an identical objection of maintainability. She relies on the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Anand Babu V/s. State of Tamil Nadu & Another1. 5.
This Court, upon having expressed its view of not being inclined to entertain the present Anticipatory Bail Application, Mr. Mane, learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions form the Applicant seeks leave to unconditionally withdraw the present Anticipatory Bail Application. Leave to unconditional withdraw is granted.

In view of the above, Anticipatory Bail Application No.1490 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.
